The Light Sensor Holder Bracket is designed to securely position either the Light Sensor (LS-BTA) or Go Direct^® Light and Color Sensor (GDX-LC) to the optics bench.

To attach the Light Sensor, attach the tube mount onto the base of the holder using 2 plastic thumb screws. The hole alignment ensures that you have the holder facing the correct direction. Insert the light sensor and tighten the top half of the sensor holder onto the bottom half.

To attach the Go Direct Light and Color sensor, first connect the sensor to the Sensor Bracket for Go Direct® (GDX-MOUNT) and then snap the bracket onto the base. Note that the end of the device that has the sensors embedded faces the end of the bracket that has rounded arc cut out. The sensor bracket can be positioned to align the light sensor or the RGB (color) sensor with the middle of the optics bench.
