Lateral Force Accessory (2D-FP)

TROUBLESHOOTING

  • When used with Go Direct® Force Plate (GDX-FP) connect the lateral force accessory the force plate using the short BTA to BTA cable. Launch the software and connect to your force plate. In Sensor Setup select the Lateral Force channel and click Done.
  • When used with Force Plate (FP-BTA) connect the lateral force accessory to a LabQuest interface (running minimum version 2.9.1 or 3.0.8) . Verify that it is auto identified by the software.

Place the force plate on a flat surface with the label on the right side as you face it. Apply a lateral push away from you. The force readout should indicate a negative force. Pull the opposite side towards you and verify that the force reads positive.
