In Logger Pro 3, you may encounter the following error message when you use a Go! Motion (GO-MOT):

This message appears when Logger Pro attempts to collect data from a Go!Motion, connected to the computer via USB, and the following digital sensors:

• Photogate (VPG-BTD)
• Drop Counter (VDC-BTD)
• Motion Encoder Cart Receiver (MEC-BTD)

Because both the Go!Motion and another Vernier interface, such as a LabQuest Mini (LQ-MINI), have their own internal clocks, data collected by each may not sync well enough to make the data useful. Thus, Logger Pro prevents collection from occurring.

There is no workaround. Use a different combination of sensors. For instance, substitute a Motion Detector (MD-BTD) for the Go!Motion.
