After setting up my TI software account, where do I go to access the installer or online software?
What information is required when making a purchase?
- Single-user licenses—e-mail address of the person using the software
- Multi-user licenses—name and email address of the license administrator; license start date, if different than the sale date (e.g., purchasing in the spring/summer for use in the fall)
How soon will I get the software?
- Single-user licenses—one business day (often same day)
- Multi-user licenses—three business days
