TROUBLESHOOTING
– Primary Test: When you connect the Emissions Spectrometer to a device running Spectral Analysis using a USB cable, it should automatically be detected by Spectral Analysis. When you connect the Emissions Spectrometer to LabQuest using a USB cable, it should automatically be detected by the LabQuest App. When you connect the Emissions Spectrometer to your computer using a USB cable, it should automatically be detected by Logger Pro.

This sensor requires
Logger Pro 3—v3.8.6.2 or newer
Original LabQuest—v1.7.1 or newer
LabQuest 2—v2.2.1 or newer
LabQuest 3—any version
Spectral Analysis—v4.7 or newer

CALIBRATION
The Emissions Spectrometer is wavelength calibrated at the time of manufacture and should not need additional calibration. If the sensor becomes mis-calibrated, please contact Vernier Technical Support, 888.837.6437.
