Q: I have used up my installations of TI-SmartView licenses [because my computers are reimaged every year], but I still need to install the software. How can I do this?
A: TI is pretty good about assisting you in reactivating your licenses in this case. It will be necessary to contact them directly for that assistance at 1-800-TI CARES.
Q: I have lost the activation code to my TI software, can you resend it to me?
A: Unfortunately we do not have access to, or knowledge of, activation codes for TI software. It will be necessary to contact Texas Instruments directly for that information at 1-800-TI CARES.
Q: Which data-collection devices can I use with TI-SmartView software?
A: Data-collection devices that can be used with TI-SmartView software will depend on the version of the software you are running.
