There are several ways in which you can use Vernier “wired” sensors with iOS and Android devices and Chromebooks.

Using a wireless (Bluetooth) interface
Wireless data collection is supported on iOS and Android devices with the following interfaces:
     LabQuest Stream (LQ-STREAM)
     Go Wireless Link
Note: Data collection using a wireless interface is not yet supported with a Chromebook.

Using a wired (USB) interface
The following interfaces can be used with Chromebooks when connected via a USB connection:
     Go!Link (GO-LINK)
     LabQuest Mini (LQ-MINI)
     LabQuest Stream (LQ-STREAM)
     LabQuest 2 (LABQ2)
     Original LabQuest
Note: Data collection through a USB connection with iOS and Android devices is not supported.

Data Sharing: using a wireless (Wi-Fi) connection
The Data Sharing feature allows lab groups to connect and collect data from any of our wired sensors and stream it wirelessly (via Wi-Fi) to the tablet or mobile device of every member of the lab group.
     – LabQuest 2 serves as a Data Sharing source without the need for a computer.
     – Logger Pro can enable a Data Sharing source on a computer to support existing sensors and interfaces (such as LabQuest mini, LabQuest Stream, LabPro, and Go!Link).
